Returns, Refunds & AS Service

Before requesting a return or AS service, please take a moment to review the information below.

Returns (Change of Mind)

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Items that have been used are not eligible for return.

Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.
Prepaid return labels are not provided.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns (Defective or Incorrect Items)

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or return shipping support, at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

A/S Service

After-sales service is available for manufacturing defects identified under normal household use.

Not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, discoloration, or damage caused by:
    - Overheating
    - Use of metal utensils
    - Dishwasher use
    - Improper care or handling

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
